Terms and Conditions for Voucher Sale – Arco Healthcare Clinic
1. General Terms
1.1. By purchasing a voucher from Arco Healthcare Clinic, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2. Vouchers can be used to redeem services offered by the clinic, subject to availability and the specific terms listed below.
1.3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise stated.
2. Voucher Validity
2.1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended beyond the original expiry date.
2.3. The clinic reserves the right to refuse any voucher that has expired or been tampered with.
3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
3.1. Voucher holders must book an appointment in advance to redeem their voucher.
3.2. Bookings are subject to the clinic’s availability and service schedule.
3.3. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
3.4. Missed appointments without prior notice will also result in forfeiture of the voucher.
4. Services Covered by Vouchers
4.1. Vouchers can only be used for all treatments which are provided at the clinic.
4.2. The clinic reserves the right to alter the services or treatments available at its discretion.
4.3. Any additional services or treatments not covered by the voucher cost must be paid for separately.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
5.1. Vouchers are non-refundable unless required by law.
5.2. In the event that the clinic is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative service of equal value may be offered, or the voucher will be extended.
5.3. Refunds will not be provided for partial use of a voucher.
6. Loss or Theft
6.1. The clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. No replacements will be provided.
6.2. Voucher holders are responsible for safeguarding their voucher codes and details.
7. Amendments to Terms
7.1. The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
7.2. Voucher purchases made before amendments will be honored according to the terms in place at the time of purchase.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of the vouchers will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
